The Glorious R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++) for Windows and R:edoubtable R:BASE 2000 (ver 6.5++) for DOS, In-Line Patches are ALWAYS cumulative. Meaning you don't have to have patch-3 already installed to apply patch-4.
Build: 1.864xRT03 is the CURRENT version of 6.5++ (Win/DOS)
Build: 1.865xRT03 is the CURRENT Private Beta version of 6.5++.
Build: 1.866xRT03 will be the Official and Final In-Line Patch-5 for 6.5++. (with MAJOR Engine Level Bug Fixes and a few Enhancements)

The CD release is (1.851). I believe the most recent patch for this version is (1.862) with either 1.864 or 1.866? coming out shortly.
