01.     What type of DSN?
        User DSN, System DSN or File DSN
        Make sure that you have created the System DSN.

02.     Have you tried the Oterro?

I'm using 6.5++ 1.864xRT03 running on WinXP SP1.
The rbase driver version/date is 6.50.00.03 / 31/01/2003.
