Tested on WinXP Pro, Win2000 Pro, WinntWS4.0, Win98
RBase 6.5 and RBase 7.0
Useage: Set Var vSomeUrl = (udf('@GetUrl.dll', ' '))
Important: There is a Space in the parameter passed.
THIS IS A MUST!!!
UDF Dlls won't run when an EMPTY String '' (no space between) is
passed.
