Remember I just posted a message about one workstation that
could not print to a local printer (we tried several
printers), kept getting 'memory overflow' errors.

Since she does alot of Internet download (she's a sucker
for screen savers, little task bar utilities) I asked her
if she had an anti-spyware program.  No, she didn't.  I had
her go to LavaSoftaUSA.com and download Ad-Aware. 
Guess what -- 29 spyware programs! 

After having them deleted, she reattached the local printer
and is now printing just perfect!!!  She's also noticed that
everything works faster.

Amazing how much havoc these spy programs cause.  I think
she's learned her lesson.
