I have run into the same problem and reported it as a bug. When I was doing
a table design and the system crashed, it left a table whose name consists
of numbers and that cannot be deleted. Why I did is rename the table to
something (xxxx) and then delete the renamed table. Since I have a
workaround, RBTI does not consider this to be a bug...I hope this workaround
works for you.

Subject: [RBASE-L] - SYS_TABLES TABLE

Does anybody know how to edit the sys_tables table??

I have a table that has a funky name that I can not get a rid off.
