I have run into the same problem and reported it as a bug. When I was doing a table design and the system crashed, it left a table whose name consists of numbers and that cannot be deleted. Why I did is rename the table to something (xxxx) and then delete the renamed table. Since I have a workaround, RBTI does not consider this to be a bug...I hope this workaround works for you. Javier,
