Hi Bill!

I myself run Ad-Aware just once a month.  But that's because
I don't do alot of downloads from the Internet and I don't
do any music sharing or things like that.  If you have a
client who does these kinds of things at their work
computer, I would SURE recommend that they do it every single
week!  On my hard drive, it takes about 5 minutes to run
thru it.  Like virus software, it helps to download updates
of the program every now and then to catch new types of
spy software.
