No, because the user is making the choice of running it or not. This would be 
nice when using regions. The user may be on a column with a on entry epp on it 
and when he goes to the next row it runs that eep with or with out him wanting 
it to. I would also make it easier to control the flow of the program and make 
the program run in a more interactive way instead of a lineal way.

On Db Grid Cell Click 
This may already be what i'm talking about as long as it works with vars also.
Maybe each Cell/Var should have many possible events that could run an epp

On Entry
On Exit
On Double Click
On Change
On Error
