[RBASE-L] - European (,) vs American (.) decimal point

Wierd conversion from 4.5++ to 6.5++:  In tables where I have variables 
defined as 'real', the decimal character appears as a comma (,) and not 
a point (.)  . How and where do I reset the decimal to default as a (.)?
