Which R:Base version are you using? You can probably capture the printer name just before the report is printed and then, based on the printer name, let the code select which of the 3 versions of your report it will use... Javier,

So far the only "fix" I have is to make 3 different copies of that report, the only difference is I moved the boxes up or down 1 line. Then the user can choose which report to use.
