Jim: I am going through this with a tenant that failed to pay rent for an office space that he leased. If you win a judgment and you have their checking account number (you can get a photo copy from your bank if you deposited any checks from them in the past) you can get a court order for garnishment of the money from their checking account(s). The main thing is to get to the bank before they do and close the account. Good luck... Javier,
