Not sure what you mean Dennis. I tried adding rows in a single table tiered region, and a multi table (lower table tier region) going back to earlier 6.5's and even 6.1's.
If I use F2 or Add, it adds and clears the form. If I press enter from the last column on the row, it adds the current row and moves to the next blank row. I don't recall this working differently.
