[RBASE-L] - ODBC Connection

I am having a telephony server built for me that needs to inquire and 
insert data into my R:Base database. I need to give them the database and 
the ODBC driver to connect to it. How do I give them the ODBC driver?? ODBC 
stuff is new to me.
