Neilsen, I recall that you set refresh on or being able to set the interval that a form will refresh every so often. So if someone else updates info in a table that your form is using, it will automatically refresh the data. There may be a danger that if A changes the data and B closes the form before it is refreshed, the old change will cover the new -- I think (A is happy, oh so happy, B is not -- from Mikado)
