How or where are you able to set refresh on a form?

Neilsen,
I recall that you set refresh on or being able to set the interval that a
form will refresh every so often.
So if someone else updates info in a table that your form is using, it will
automatically refresh the data.
There may be a danger that if A changes the data and B closes the form
before it is refreshed, the old change will cover the new -- I think
(A is happy, oh so happy, B is not -- from Mikado)
