Try the following (Release Candidate 6 or higher):

PROPERTY TABLE TableName REFRESH

will instantly refresh record(s) on displayed
form controls, including Scrolling Region!

for Windows (currently being tested as "final" Release
Candidate 6) also includes "Refresh" option in Form
Designer "DB Navigator" Control.
