Actually both of the problems DO NOT exist in 7.0.

Because of the native behavior of a Windows Listbox, WalkMenu is the default behavior 
so it works
properly.

Check it out.  Set Walk Off and the menu will still walk.

I have to believe a submittal for a fix of this type in 6.5 would fall on deaf ears 
since there is a
workaround of sorts.
