This is the 2nd XP Pro computer my customer has upgraded to. I had no trouble for the first one. They are on a Novell network (4.1 I think). R:Base resides on the server on th G: drive, their database resides on the server on the H: drive. The .cfg file is on each users computer with a path to it in the autoexec.bat file. I set the target to g: and work in to H: Clicking on the icon, rbase starts to load, then I get the message "Invalid Directory" and it goes back to the desktop. I created a batch file on the C: drive that does: h: rbase65 start Running this from the command prompt -- it works!! Putting this bat file in the icon, I get insufficient memory. This is very frustrating because both computers are set up exactly alike and the first one works. Got any ideas??
