OK, I think the fines should be assesed like this:
$1.00 for Cubs - sports reference. $1.00 If you love the Cubs, then it could also be a Religeon. $1.00 If you live anywhere near Chicago, then it is also Political. So, I think Bill is correct and everyone needs to assess their own fines depending on your relationship with them. This e-mail falls under the area of all 3, so should cost $3.00, but I have to live with the Colorado Rockies and they have been so bad, I didn't even go to a game last year, so now I am up to $4.00 and have gotten off cheap.
