You will be VERY pleased to know that upcoming R:BASE
7.0 for DOS, with MAJOR enhancements, will also support
LAUNCH, CVAL and GETVAL commands previously supported
in windows version only.
Using R:BASE 7.0 for DOS, you will be able to use the
following commands, for example:
LAUNCH MyDocument.PDF to launch Adobe Acrobat Reader
and view MyDocument.PDF file.
LAUNCH MyDocument.RTF to launch MS Word and view
MyDocument.RTF file.
and MORE ....
