Using  RB 7.0
 
I am trying to create a  text file to b imported into an ISO database and I am stumped with this problem
 
The  negative currency vales needs to be signed while postive values can be signed or unsigned.
 
The following are examples of how they want the data  whole number only
 
Negative Amount

As I see it -789 = PQR

My question is how do I convert the values to theses codes ?
 
There is a set of values for positive number as well.
