I have done exactly what you want.  Put the first eep when you "leave section" for
the first sectin of the form.  Give your error message and set an error flag:
   pause 2 using 'error message'
   set var vErrorFlag = 'yes'

Then have an entry eep into the 2nd table section that checks if vjErrorFlag = 'yes'
go do a PREVTAB and set the vErrorFlag back to NULL
