Many time on this list I saw messages about problems when installing RBW6.5 on Windows XP. What I remember is that installation will fail except for the last version 1.866xRT03 when installed from distribution CD with a new installer. I just try to install a very old version (1.833xRT03) from a very old CD .... and I had no problem at all ... After that, I did upgrade to 1.851. Everything seems OK and my app runs correctly. Using XP Pro SP1 preinstalled on a new IBM Netvista M42. Can I found hidden problems later ? In what circumstancies does RBW6.5 installation fails on XP ? TIA J.M.
