I agree. That is very true when you process the batch file
such as *.BAT or *.CMD (on Win NT, Win2K, XP). One should
use "Scripts" instead, as you have suggested.

But, if you directly LAUNCH the program without a batch
file, such as LAUNCH RBW65PP5.TXT or LAUNCH RBG65.PDF,
the RBG65 will launch the Windows NotePad or Acrobat
Reader accordingly.

That phenomenon is the reason most IT Admins use Scripts
which when used with Launch will not produce the Dos Window....
