The Next Generation R:BASE 7.0 for Windows includes the GUI
option of assigning and maintaining "User ID and Password" as
well as "User Privileges". Here's how:
01. Start RBG7
02. CONNect dbname
03. Database Explorer > Main Menu > Utilities
     To setup Owner and Password, select:
     "Set User ID and Password"
     To setup Users and their Privileges, select:
     "User Privileges..."
     Under User List Manager, notice the new GUI options, including:
     . Add User
     . Change User Password
     . Delete User
     . User Privileges
04. To Grant/Revoke User Privileges, highlight and/or select the user
     and then  either Right-Click for Speed Menu or click on User Privileges
     icon to manage User Privileges accordingly.
05. While looking at the "Table Privileges", click on required option for
     table, i.e., SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE, REFERENCES
     or ALTER.
     Either click on "Edit Privileges" button at the lower left corner or 
simply
     Right-Click to check/un-check necessary option(s).

06. Click on [OK] to save
