RBase 6.5++ running on Windows terminal services.

Some folks a few months back were kind enough to give me some disconnect
instructions when all users are out, but the data base is still open with a
phantom user.

This continues to be a problem and I was wondering if it could be because
they have Terminal Services set up to force a user off of no activity for
60 minutes?

TIA,

Dennis
