After that you start rbase 7.0 with out connecting to you database go to the R> and type SET AUTOUPGRADE ON SET AUTOCONVERT ON THEN CONNECT TO YOUR DATABASE This will convert your database to 7.0 it will add these sys tables SYS_FORM3 SYS_REPORT3 SYS_LABEL3 SYS_LAYOUTS3 SYS_MERGE
After that you go to the database explorer and click the convert button in each area (ie forms) and convert each form for use in 7.0. Now heres the cool thing. You will not lose your forms and such for use in you dos/windows apps because the new forms are in the tables listed above. Here is another cool thing 6.5++ for windows comes with 7.0 to make the convertion easy.
