UNLOAD DATA FOR (SYS_FORMS (dos), SYS_FORMS2 (rbg6), SYS_FORMS3 (RBG7) +
where #1 = 'FORMNAME' 
OUTPUT SCREEN

The two windows versions will create a file Forms.LOB as well as Forms.frm. If the 
form already exists, delete it from the appropriate table first.

CONNECT TargetDB
RUN Forms.frm

Your new form is now in the target db
