It should work on ANY form. Just adjust the coordinates to make the
size large enough!!

I tried your suggestion. It worked for the most part but there is
one pesky form that has a customized screen resolution that it has no effect
on. I supose I have to bring that up to the 80X600 to make it work

Increase the surface of display area :
EDIT
USING FormName AT x1, y1, x2, y2
Add/substract somes pixels to x, y
coordinates and the bars should
disapear.
