As a recent user of RBase and fellow attendee, I agree wholeheartedly with what Gunnar said. All I can say is get a feel for 7 as much as possible and write down any question you might have while using it. There is a lot of stuff that will have to be covered so be ready to ask your questions. This will help move the class along more smoothly and without getting TOO lost... -_^
