R:BASE 7.1 for Windows introduces Dockable/Floating Toolbars
for R:BASE Editor (RBEDIT), Form, Report and Label Designers.

While in RBEDIT, Form, Report or Label Designer, now users can
position toolbars on any edge of the client window in any order
or in their own tool window.

A dockable toolbar can be attached, or docked, to any side of
its parent window, or it can be detached, or floated, in its
own mini-frame window. Detaching a dockable toolbar from the
frame window is called floating the toolbar.

R:BASE Editor, Form, Report or Label Designer will remember
the last dockable/floating settings on close.
