Dennis, this is a bit of SWAG, but, we've had problems on our NT-Server
server at times and, as best I recall, we :

- stopped the print-spool service on the server
- deleted the spool files
  (the location of these can vary, but they should be viewable under printer
properties on the server console ...)
- re-started the spooler service

I'm cc'g this to my network guy, just in case he says I'm way off base here
...
