Oterro 2.6 can't find the required message files (OT2K1.MSG,
OT2K2.MSG,OT2K3.MSG) and RBEXT.DLL.
Make sure that you have the following files in appropriate
directory on Windows 2003 server.
Oterro 2.6:
C:\Windows:
OT2K1.MSG
OT2K2.MSG
OT2K3.MSG
OTERRO.CFG
C:\Windows\System32
OT2K_32.DLL
OT2KINS.DLL
RBEXT.DLL
Oterro 3.0:
C:\Windows:
OTERRO1.MSG
OTERRO2.MSG
OTERRO3.MSG
OTERRO.CFG
C:\Windows\System32
OTERRO.DLL
OTERRO_INS.DLL
RBEXT.DLL
If installed correctly, create a System DSN and then verify
the connection using SCONNECT command at the R> prompt while
CONNected to any database.
