Follow these steps:
01. Start R:BASE 6.5++ for Windows and CONNect dbname 02. Open that particular form in Form Designer 03. Make a minor change or something 04. Save that form,
05. Start R:BASE 7.1 for Windows (Update 77 or higher)
06. CONNect dbname
07. Database Explorer | Forms
Delete that converted form, if exists in 7.1
08. Database Explorer | Forms | Convert | formnameThat should take care of it.
