Are there any problems running R:Base 7 on Microsoft Small Business Server 2003? What about using the SB2003 Terminal Services? Our company is proposing to put this in. I understand that SB Server 2003 comes packaged with Micro-soft's SQL Server application too. Will this work well with R:Base or does this 'packaging' encourage replacing R:Base with Microsoft's database system. I'm not that familiar with SQL Server. Is it simply a database that does not include forms, reports, or applications? In that case R:Base does R:Base function well with it through ODBC? Is there any advantage to using MSSQL for the database itself? Please don't take me wrong I am totally an R:Base enthusiast that might have to explain why to use R:Base vs other MS products that come "packaged".
