[RBASE-L] - Oterro 3.0, importing tab delimited file?

Is there a way to import a tab delimited file using Oterro 3.0 and Witango?  I was thinking of using the launch command to set off an RBase command file, but truthfully, this is unchartered territory for me and want to know what’s possible before beginning experimentation.   Anybody been down this road?
