Title: USB Printer
You did not say what operating system you are trying to do this from. First you need to share the printer, even if you are not using it on a network.  You are going to create a net use path using the share.

FOR Win2K machines
open the command box (Start-Run, Type Cmd <enter>

Type Net Use LPT1 : \\Computername\sharename /persistent:yes

It will say the command completed successfully, then type exit. and it should work from them using an out lpt1 command

IN Windows XP the net use command is the same, except leave out the : between LPT1 and  the \\
Type Net Use LPT1  \\Computername\sharename /persistent:yes

Does anyone know how to direct Rbase 6.1a DOS to print to a printer using a USB port?

Thanks
