Firstly - The class that RBTI offers for 7.1 is soooo worth it. There is
so much that is new in this version, it's hard to absorb all of it and
the class is the best way to start.

All forms and reports can be converted. The forms and reports are
actually stored in a different table than in 6.5, so they're not
converted the same way as going from 6.1 to 6.5. Copies of them are
converted. The original stays as is, leaving it available in 6.5 while
you are upgrading. This is very helpful if you're going to convert one
app at a time and want people to work in both versions.

There is a reference topic in the help files for 7.1 that addresses
conversion issues. Pay particular attention to obsolete commands.
There are new ways of doing old things, so "converting" applications
isn't necessarily the best approach. I would use the conversion as an
opportunity to break out the wish list. There are so many new things,
you're going to want to redo most of what you have anyway.

Does Rbase 7.1 convert all of the forms (created in forms express,
reports (created in reports express), applications (created in
application express) and RMD files from Rbase 6.5++ Windows version.
