Try hitting the ESC key a couple of times and then F11 to get the Properties for the entire form.

When I click in the empty space area it shows the Object Properties (F11) for the Static Text; where I can edit "Employee Information title. I'm sure it will be a mistake if I interpret this as Form Properties. What am I doing wrong?
