Check to see if the PATH references D: in any way. Also, check the icon(s) for the program to see if the Start In folder is on D:.

D is the cd-Rom drive... but I don't think another program is trying to start up. The message *is* from RBW Runtime and it is that executable referenced in the short-cut.
