Subject: [RBASE-L] - Opening password-protected databases

I have several compiled RTIME applications (RBASE 2.11) protected by user password. When I tried to open my database directly using Rbase.exe I came up with the following message:

-WARNING- This password will not allow access to any table

Enter a new user identifier or [ESC] to Exit

I have the exact password on hand, moreover, password itself can be easily found in the ****2.RBF file and changed, the only problem is how to open database having just *.RBF files and perform some maintenance or apply changes when password is presented.

Is there any command line parameter used in the R window?

I would be very pleased if somebody could help me out.

Thanks in advance,

Vlad
