To All Users of R:Magellan 7.5:
R:Magellan 7.5 (Update 1) for R:BASE 7.5 for Windows
is now available.
The R:Magellan update includes additional parameters
to provide more control over how waypoints/addresses
are added to your route, how a route is calculated,
how a map is displayed, and how the window is
displayed.
In addition to addresses, Latitude and Longitude
coordinates are now accepted to pinpoint locations
on a mapped route.
When launching maps you can edit the different
destination points and how they are displayed on
the map by changing the caption, symbol icon and
choosing whether or not to display the waypoint/
address. You can even decide whether or not to
display the route itinerary.
With the OPTIMIZATION parameter, now you can reorder
the intermediate stops on your route so that your
travel time between the start and end points is the
most time-efficient.
Different map style are also available to display
road, data, political, and terrain details.
You can also customize how the window launches by
changing which map panel is displayed and by turning
off the available tool bars. The window state can
also be changed.
