Mark,

I really started having a lot of "sqirrely" problems with windows 98 and
RB7.1. Mostly screen and form weirdness, can't remember all the
problems, but it was enough for me to move all older PCs to XP pro. All
the strange behavior went away. The lesson I learned is that even though
it worked essentially fine for a short time, as new features were
introduced and I started to use more advanced features, more weirdness
showed up so that there was no other option for me but to upgrade if I
wanted to really depend on it. I have a lot of mission critical apps,
and if there was screen or formm problems, I couldn't risk other, unseen
issues that I may not recognize immediately. Hope this helps.

Mark

This must be the day for that kind of question. Someone else asked a
similar question on the RBG7 list. The answer was yes, there are people
running under Win98.

If you didn't have any trouble with the evaluation version, you should
be fine.
