Were you saying in your email that you thought you got a
one-page preview only? While you have the report on the
screen, you use the [PageUp] and [PageDown] keys to
go back and forth between pages. The [Up] and [Down]
arrow keys will just scroll you up and down on the same page.
So you should be able to [PageDown] all the way to the
last page of your report to see the totals.

In an ideal world, one should dive into the most updated version.
Unfortunately, I have 3 client agencies (all state governmental office),
it's tedious process and may be not possible things to change the version
immediately. In the mean time the people who have to work under the
constraints of whatever version they've got. So my responsibility to find
out if there are ways to make their lives easier until the government gets
their act together to move into the most current technology. So, this forum
is indispensable and very helpful for me to carry on until the time comes
for me to be able to switch. In the meantime, I would of cause prepare
myself to be able to work under new version 7.6 and willing to attend the
training session near future.
