Karen - If they're connecting thru Citrix then R:Mail just has to be installed on the server they access when they login. It has to be on the computer that actually is sending the emails - which in this case is the Citrix server. So, the site license will cover the # of users, but you don't have to install it on each person's local computer. Make sense? Sami

But this is potentially a show stopper.... I have to install it on each workstation? There might be about 100 workstations that could use RMail (they were going to buy a site license) and they are spread throughout the world. No one has RBase itself installed, it runs only on the main server because alot of these places have no one who knows IT stuff, and they go through Citris. I'll have to explain this to the client but it could be a big problem. Darn it! I was hoping to get RMail into this client with the hopes that they're so impressed that they might finally pop some money to upgrade RBase itself..... Karen Karen - Yes, you just install it on a workstation - it has to be installed on each workstation that will be running it. Once you do that, go to the Control Panel on that workstation and open the R:Mail for R:BASE Configuration. You'll need to enter their SMTP server name - the address where they send OUT their emails. To find this address, from the workstation you are working on, you can find this in the user's Outlook screens under Tools / E-Mail Accounts / Change - then look for their Outgoing Mail Account address. I have clients running both 6.5 and 7.5 using R:Mail and it works fine. Feel free to post additional questions - or to contact me privately if you want - I certainly wouldn't want you to look like even a partial idiot! Sami
