Thanks to J and Dennis my client is so happy to get rid of this nightmarish problem. I have added a few lines to make sure to delete duplicates and rebuilding index.
The result was remarkably perfect.
No more repeats.
Thank you again for your quick response. I can now travel to Japan to visit my parents.

I've seen this where somehow indexes get corrupted with duplicates.
Editing the data shows correct data but selecting the data based on the
bad index gets duplicates.
Rebuilding the bad indexe(s) fixes the problem.

Subject: [RBASE-L] - persistent Duplicates problem

Dear all,

While I am reading with envy about the latest Rbase version, I am
struggling
for my clients who is using Rbase 2000 6.5.

My clients had been having persistent problem with duplicated
information
when they print reports.
It seems to have no particular reasons nor logic to it but out of
nowhere
the report print out same information several times over. I took a
careful
look at the program that is running the report.
It has "Delete Duplicates" statement where it makes sense.

Has anyone experienced similar problems? If so, how did you deal with
particular problem?
I appreciate any suggestions to try.

Thank you.
