Through graphical user interface of R:QBDataDirect, you can map the R:BASE table columns to the QuickBooks tables columns so the data is inserted into the correct location. Several output formats are supported including IIF, CSV, and XLS. R:QBDataDirect also includes the feature to define all available parameters into a script file (.rqf) for command-line automated synchronization to totally automate the process with no human intervention.
