To All R:BASE 7.x and Turbo V-8 for Windows Users:

A sample code to find IP and MAC Addresses with R:BASE
is now available.

When implementing an "added security" to control the
application user access based on specific machine or
workstation (IP/MAC Address), finding the IP/MAC address
with R:BASE is as easy as 1-2-3.

Use this routine to find the available number of active
network cards, their IP as well as the MAC address, and
then dynamically display the result as Multi-Line PAUSE
command.

Finding IP and MAC Addresses within R:BASE

Steps:

01. Place the code in your favorite/default folder
02. Start RBG75, RBG76 or RBG8
03. At the R> Prompt:

    RUN Get_IPAddress_MACAddress.RMD

Enjoy and make sure to have fun!

Very Best R:egards,

Razzak.
