Connect to the database in single-user mode with staticdb off and the
extra user count should be cleared.
These "phantom" sessions can occur when people lose their network
connection while running R:BASE.
Hi all,
My client has been complaining about the Rabse being unusually slow nowadays.
I checked and everything seemed to be OK. But she kept complaining
and I observed.
I asked everyone to be out of Rbase and they all got out but when I
listed the users, it said 6 when I should be only one.
Have you seen such behavior? If this happens, is there any way to
clear these phantom users?
Does anyone have any idea why this might be occurring?
