This year's conference is RBTI's 10th and that is going to be very special! You don't want to miss it!
R:BASE is a lot of fun, but, since there is no such thing as too much fun, we'll have a silent auction again this year to benefit Project Bundle-Up. For those of you who are first time attendees, Project Bundle-Up is a joint project of WTAE-TV Channel 4 and the Salvation Army and seeks to raise funds to buy warm clothing and shoes for children and the elderly. Such a worthy cause and one close to the RBTI family's heart. BUT ONLY YOU can make it happen by bringing something regional, typical, whimsical, practical or edible --like, maybe chocolate? Or rustle up a gift certificate to a store or restaurant chain of your choice. Because attendees come from almost every state in the union and many foreign countries, we have the unique opportunity to showcase our state, region or country. The choice is yours; just don't forget to bring something, please... :) The silent auction will run until noon on Sunday to ensure everyone has an opportunity to pick up their items before departure on Monday. And remember, all proceeds --PLUS RBTI's matching funds-- go to the Salvation Army's Project Bundle-Up. See you all soon at the conference. Claudine :)
