The locations themselves need to have what is known as a Wide Area Network
or VPN for R:Synchronizer to work.

What R:Synchronizer does is run on a machine at location A and connect to a
database there and a remote database at the same time, then based on rules
you've established, synchronize data between the two databases. For this to
work the system on which R:Synchronizer runs has to be able to see the
remote database as if it were on the same local area network.

Hello,

I am new to this group, but I am so glad that I have found it. I need help.
Here's our scenerio.

We have two locations in seperate towns. We need these database to mirror
each other as close as possible. What way do you suggest we do this? The
person that used to make this happen no longer works for us!

Please email if I can provide you with more information!
