YES! That takes care of it even with the default LAYOUT ON. I know that
what we do out here is just the TIP of the R:Iceberg and I love getting

Try one more thing.
CONNECT dbname
DELETE ROWS FROM SYS_LAYOUTS3
Notice the "3" at the end of SYS_LAYOUTS3.
That should take care of all saved table layouts using R:BASE 7.x and
higher.
